HOW TO ENTER: To enter the "HDCameraGuide Camera Giveaway" (the "Promotion"), please complete the five questions and online entry form provided and click the "submit" button. Entrants must provide all information requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Entries become the property of Community Builder Promotions Inc. ("Sponsor") and will not be returned.

DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES: A random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries submitted during the Promotion Period to determine each winner. One Winner will be selected for each monthly drawing. (Twelve winners will be selected in total during the calendar year.) All drawings are conducted under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning a given drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: Upon verification of eligibility, the prize winner will receive a camcorder or digital camera from a manufacturer of the Sponsor’s choosing, which may not be the manufacturer or model of the product being display in the promotional graphic. Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, address (city and state), picture, likeness and testimonials, in printed, broadcast media or new media, in perpetuity, in any manner Sponsor deems appropriate in connection with promoting Sponsor of this or any other promotion sponsored by Sponsor, without further compensation. No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an offered prize is unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for payment of all taxes on the prizes and for any other expenses associated with the prizes not specifically described herein.

ELIGIBILITY: Promotion open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years or older and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the beginning of each monthly Promotion Period. Employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families (defined as current spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or where bonding or registration required. Promotion subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final in all matters relating to this Promotion.

NOTIFICATION AND WINNERS LIST: Winners will be notified via e-mail, phone or mail within thirty (30) days of issuance of prize notification.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, directors, representatives and employees (together, the "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession or use of any prize that may be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or for postage-due mail. DISQUALIFICATION: Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, or identities will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it believes to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrant shall not upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to void any entries submitted fraudulently or cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion. In the event a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and Internet access providers are not responsible for incorrect information by entrants, or technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, entry materials that have been tampered with, human error, or lost/delayed data transmission; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing, typographical, mechanical, seeding or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion, download of any information, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion.

Manufacturers of prizes awarded are not party to, responsible for, or connected to this promotion in any way.
