Aiptek A-HD 720P’s Review
Aiptek A-HD 720P Flash Media Camcorder is a decent camcorder and the picture isn’t t bad although it doesn’t look amazing on an HD TV for anything of that sort. But if you like taking video and putting stuff on Youtube then this isn’t a bad idea what so ever and so hit the spot just perfect because it’s quite easy t use with your computer and I wouldn’t pass it up for anything really. Now this isn’t the best camera to catch home family moments that you know are going to be coming up. But to catch those moments that you just don’t know about then this is great. Because it fits in your pocket so you can pretty much have it handy any time you think that you may need it!
I’m also not too worried about walking around with this in my pocket because with the price tag right around $150 I didn’t drop the bank on it. Granted had I done that I would have been pretty upset. I also think that this camera makes a good one for your child if they really want a camcorder for some reason. Another nice thing is that his camera actually does shoot at 720P while it isn’t true high def. It is better than the standard 480P that some others shoot in.
Just with like a lot of the digital cameras that I have review recently the first thing you are going t want to do with this camera is buy a memory card because otherwise you aren’t going to be shooting very much footage with this camera. In the high def made without a memory card you’ll fill up the space in less than a minute! And well you can’t really catch anything in that short amount of time now can you!
Now you can take pictures with this camera but you aren’t going to get anything great out of it, and you shouldn’t expect that out of a camcorder but the option is still available to you which are a pretty cool thing.
Shooting video went pretty well but I did have trouble keeping the camera steady with one hand so I always had t use two hands even without how small this camcorder is. Although if you don’t have steady hands then this will probably be hard for you regardless of if you use one hand or two hands!
The battery isn’t bad and it last about 90 minutes of recording and I guess you can’t ask more than that form such a small camera. But at least to me that seems very short, and I have to charge it all the time and I honestly forget to a lot. So make sure you stay on top of that if you get one of these otherwise you are going to pull it out and realize that you have nothing left on it, and miss something. But I don’t think this is a bad deal at all since it’s pretty cheap.
